I get a Hardware Error 03130031 2f52 on my Prograf 8300s. Initially the machine was asking for a new left print nozzle. This has been replaced but now I power up the machine and get the error message immediately prior to any automatic setting up becomes possible. I can't even navigate through the menus.

Turn off the printer and open the printer back door. Use a spot light and give look inside properly. Make sure there no paper. Some time small part of the paper creates the problem. So you can do one thing after open the back door, top side etc make the printer upside down etc. So if anything inside that's will come out. After cleaning again connect it with PC and turn on. Now give a look. If you face same problem then Un-install the printer driver and software from the PC. Then restart the PC and Printer both. Now connect the Printer with PC via USB and install again the driver & software. Then try to print and let me know the result.
